人们常说商场如战场,在这场没有硝烟的战争中,如何满足消费者的物质和审美心理需求,是中国零售业生存和发展的必然发展趋势。随着我国社会主义市场经济的深入发展,零售业的营销理念也渐渐改变,尤其是商品陈列的营销理念。在商业发达的广州地区,零售连锁店的发展尤其令人注目,其中屈臣氏就是一家最负盛名的零售连锁店。屈臣零售连锁店是全球第三大保健及美容产品零售店,其整齐的商品陈列,蔚蓝的个性色彩与温馨的背景音乐让顾客得到亲切的购物体验。琳琅满目的屈臣氏商品不仅能满足消费者的需求,更是体验商品经济的前沿阵地,其陈列的商品以形、色、声、光组成消费者感觉机能的愉悦空间,让消费者的视觉、听觉、触觉来充分了解商品的信息。因此在分析屈臣氏的商品陈列现状下,用上网搜集相关资料和逻辑分析法对其的商品陈列进行探讨,目的是完善其陈列的不足之处。最后得出的结论是在所有影响顾客购物的要素中,商品陈列确是一个非常重要的指标,客观地增强顾客的视觉、听觉与触觉的强度能达到良好的商品陈列效果,激发顾客的购买欲而促进该零售店的经济效益。
